MUMBAI: The city police has booked a 29-year-old man for fraudulently marrying a 27-year-old woman by hiding his baldness.

Police said the accused, a resident of Mira Road,  has been booked along with his family members.

The woman, who is a chartered accountant, said in her complaint that the accused married her in September by hiding his baldness by wearing a wig.

When she came to know about his baldness, she first confronted her in-laws and then filed the complaint with police against them.

In her complaint, the woman has also alleged that her husband was suspicious of her  as he checked her phone chats and phone calls and that he performed unnatural sexual acts on her, according to Mid-Day .
