NEW DELHI: China’s Oppo mobile maker has unveiled its first smartphone – called Oppo N1 – in India.
The unique feature of this is that it is the world’s first smartphone to have a rotating camera.
The 13-megapixel can rotate 206 degrees, and can be locked at any angle.
It means it serves as front-facing and back-facing camera.
Interestingly, this is the first Android smartphone that can alternative six lenses.
The Oppo N1 also features a dual flash for dark environments. The flash serves as a normal flash for back facing shots and emits a diffused softer light when the camera is flipped forward.
Weighing 213 gm, it features a 5.9-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) screen.
Powered by a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor, the Ni offers 2 GB RAM and an internal storage of 16GB. It runs on Android 4.2.
It will cost Rs 39,999 in India.
