BOLLYWOOD: Kareena Kapoor saw Bullett Raja in Delhi on Friday. She laughed, clapped and cheered so hard that the very decorous Saif Ali Khan had to ask her to calm down.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that a new mast-mast massy song Jai Govinda Jai Gopala sung by Wajid, one-half of the composing Sajid-Wajid duo, was added to the film at the last minute.
The last-minute inclusion of the song led to a critical final-hour delay in the dispatch of prints to overseas and non-overseas centres which had the producers Fox Star biting their nails in suspense .
But Tigmanshu Dhulia was adamant.
When asked why he insisted on the last-minute inclusion of a song, the director said, “It has been added to the end-credits. We all felt that the song’s presence would create an impact during the film’s final phase of closure. The song had already been recorded. But we hadn’t used it.I felt it fitted in at the end.So I put it into the end credits. It did cause some delay. But I think it was worth taking the chance. When you see the film you’ll agree with me.”
