   I wonder how many western media will criticize this? They went chakram when India launched a relatively cheap $75 million mission to mars- saying that would have been better spent elsewhere. and this $2.35 billion is for war which technically creates more poverty if used. anyways I think $75 million on space exploration is better than 2.35 bill on an aircraft carrier.
   I wonder how much of that went into the personal coffers of Putin and politicians of India.
